but it's always good to be back. = )
travel, for me, no matter how near or far, is always a surreal experience. it makes me dizzy thinking about time, and space, and shifts in the universe. and then when the language factor comes in, the experience gets even headier.
makes me sad how we have to speak the white man's language in order to communicate with our own neighbors.
makes me sadder how much of what we know about ourselves and our neighboring countries are based on hollywood images.
oh well.
